We ship nationwide across SA. We do deliver to outlying areas, although it must be noted that additional charges do apply to remote and outlying areas as determined by our courier, The Courier Guy. You can click HERE to see which areas are considered remote/outlying. We do not deliver to FARMS, P.O.Boxes or POSTNET. Please click HERE for more information

All orders placed are confirmed via an email sent to you. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will also receive a shipping confirmation email on which will appear tracking details and a link to the tracking website. We ship all orders via an economy road service within the borders of South Africa. We will also ship via any other service at your request, although additional costs will be for your account payable via EFT prior to shipping. Please click HERE to contact us for alternative shipping methods.

We don't offer a collection option, since we trade online only & typically ship directly from suppliers across SA to consumers nationally within the borders of SA.

We are based in JHB, we trade online only and don't have a traditional brick & mortar store. We deliver nationwide throughout SA, successfully delivering direct from our suppliers to our customers.

No, it is not a requirement that you must create an account for yourself as you are also able to shop and checkout as a guest at any stage. Although the benefits of having an account is that our site stores password-protected information about a customer's identity, order history, and current order status, all of which is available to you. Your details, such as address information, will be pre-filled from the stored information during future checkouts. Should you forget your password, we are able to easily assist you in setting a new password.

Absolutely, yes! All our payments are processed via PAYFLEX which a a secure payment gateway used by most ecomm websites in SA.

Discounts are applied to bulk purchases, dependent on the product and qty being purchased.

Bulk purchases may not qualify for a standard free shipping rate & may be subject to a shipping cost dependent on the items being purchased, the size and volumetric of the consignment and destination.
